• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Pre-order items or custom designs may have longer processing times, which will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• We currently ship domestically within the USA and internationally to select countries.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• USA: 3–7 business days after processing

• International: 7–21 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or other unforeseen factors.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bit Babe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier for assistance.
