Exchange Policy
At Bit Babe, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags attached.

Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, email us at support@bitbabe.com with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct replacement item.
