When can I expect my order?

While we’d love to guarantee fast delivery, unexpected delays during transit are outside our control.
Here’s what to expect:
Please allow 4–7 business days for processing. Domestic shipping typically takes 2–8 business days.
Weekends are not included.
As a small business, this processing window helps us maintain quality and accurate packaging.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please keep everything in its original packaging along with the order slip.
This helps us review the issue.
We will send you a prepaid return label, and once we receive the item, we’ll
ship out a replacement.

How can I check the status of my order?

We’ll notify you by email as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see an update,
check your Spam or Junk folder in case it was filtered there.
