Refund policy

At Bit Babe, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, email us at support@bitbabe.com with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

  • We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct replacement item.
